We ensure shipments are sent within 0-7 working days or according to the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, adhering to the norms of the Courier Company or Post Office. Old Apple Tree Co. (oldappletreeco.com) is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the order and payment date, or as per the agreed delivery date. Deliveries are made to the buyer’s registered address as per the credit/debit card used for the order (unless specified otherwise at the time of Order). Old Apple Tree Co. (oldappletreeco.com) is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available on oldappletreeco.com. In India, some state governments levy Octroi charges when the product enters the state. The Octroi charge is payable by the recipient at the time of delivery, with the courier collecting the Octroi amount from the recipient.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders due to logistics issues including, but not limited to, the following:

  1. Failure to collect the delivery from the courier or postal service.
  2. Providing an incorrect address or phone number which leads to delivery complications.
  3. Failure to present the OTP (One Time Password) to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.
