Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their orders up to 24 hours after the purchase has been made. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you cancel your order, a cancellation fee of INR 250 plus 4% of the order value will be charged to cover network and gateway charges.
Refund Policy
At Old Apple Tree Co., we take pride in the quality and freshness of our organic mangoes. However, we understand that issues can arise:
- Immediate Inspection Required: Upon receiving your order, it is crucial to immediately check the contents for any signs of damage or spoilage. If you find any issues, you are required to take a video showing the damaged or spoiled items, the box, the label on the box, and the external packaging. This evidence must be submitted to our customer service within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to provide this evidence within the specified timeframe, or failure to include the box and label in the footage, will result in Old Apple Tree Co. not being liable for any claims of damage or spoilage.
- Spoiled Product: If more than four mangoes out of a dozen arrive spoiled and proper evidence is provided as specified above, we offer a refund or replacement for the affected mangoes.
- Damaged Goods: If your shipment arrives damaged, the same procedure of documenting and reporting within 24 hours applies. We will assess these claims on a case-by-case basis and issue refunds or replacements accordingly.
- Failure to Receive: It is crucial that customers are available to collect their orders. Failure to collect your shipment, which leads to spoilage, will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure you are available to receive your package or have made arrangements for someone else to collect it on your behalf.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon confirmation and verification of the customer’s claim. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
